Applications for this new $20-million program are now open. The deadline to apply is April 25th. Those who may be eligible include: small businesses, non-profits, charities and social enterprises who have had to close or reduce operations because of the public health order and who anticipate a revenue loss of at least 30% for the month of April. This includes sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, societies and other similar organizations who were established prior to March 15, 2020. This one-time grant is equal to 15 per cent of revenue from sales, either from April 2019 or February 2020, up to a maximum of $5,000. You can use it for any purpose.
