He purchased buttons for our Litter Prevention Committee (LPC) team. We can wear these when we are able to go out and clean up together again – especially for the students on our team!

It was Dan that came to my office in 2018 who was frustrated and discouraged by the amount of garbage he was seeing in Clayton Park West and the HRM. He inspired me to work hard to address this issue and begin the LPC.

Our initiative is so lucky to have Jayne Hawkins as our community lead. Our objective continues to be about educating and working together to prevent litter. We have witnessed the incredible community spirit of #ClaytonParkWest.

We now have over 40 members who are all helping us reach our target of making #ClaytonParkWest the cleanest riding!
