16 Jun Visiting Booza Emessa
Zeina and I decided to take a little break today to get some resfrehing, cold ice cream from Booza Emessa.
I was both disappointed and happy because they ran out of their famous pistachio rolls (my favourite)!; Happy because it was nice to hear the demand for them had been great!
They also have lots of new flavours including cheesecake.
I had the coffee flavour and Zeina had the orange and pomegranate — it was a great treat to have on this gorgeous, sunny day!
They also have their picnic tables in the back set up, and the view of the water is stunning.
I am happy to see that Samer’s (a Syrian refugee) dream and family business was able to survive the Covid-19 pandemic.
I hope the warm weather will continue to bring more customers to enjoy his unique ice cream!
