Annual Pancake Supper, St. Peter’s Anglican Church

Last evening was the Annual Pancake Supper at St. Peter’s Anglican Church.

We were grateful to have been served food by Pastor Elliot Siteman and many of his parishioners, who prepared not only pancakes, but also sausages and homemade beans with cookies and coffee.

The event was organized by Charlotte Horwich, who along with Brenda Philips, manage the Fellowship and Food Ministry for the church.

The supper was also complemented by a book sale.

The event marked the beginning of the Lenten season, a Christian season of reflection and preparation in anticipation of Easter.

Lent officially begins today; a day referred to as Ash Wednesday, and ends 40 days later on Holy Thursday.

Thank you for your invitation!
