22 Apr Backyard Bioblitz and Nature Challenge!
The Halifax North West Trails is challenging families to take part in their Backyard Bioblitz and nature challenge this weekend!
You will need to download the iNaturalist.org app.
It is happening this weekend (April 24-27) and participants in the challenge are from all over the world.
Your mission is to record what you see in your yard; even if you don’t know the name of your findings, it’s alright! Those on the app that do can help and respond!
It is being considered a ‘citizen science project of global proportions.’
So get in on the fun and challenge your family this weekend! It’s a good opportunity to do something fun outside during quarantine in the safety of your own home.
