I’m happy to share a few new, FREE and virtual wellness programs from the Community Health Team! The programs are listed in the flyer below (in album).
The Wellness Navigation helps you find what’s getting in the way of your health and connects you to available resources in your community — and online!
-It is a free service for anyone. Navigation is available to residents of the greater Halifax area, who have a valid NS health card.
